Calabrese Pesto Salad

1 jar That’s Italy Calabrese Pesto

½ cup roasted red peppers, chopped

½ cup mozzarella cheese, cubed

2 tbps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Cook couscous or quinoa according to package instructions. Let cool slightly
