Balsamic Glaze Beef Sliders

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup That’s Italy Balsamic Glaze
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 3 oz Speck, cooked and crispy
  • Slider buns
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Arugula and sliced mozzarella cheese for topping

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Form into small slider patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 3–4 minutes per side until browned. Transfer to a baking sheet and top each patty with mozzarella. Bake for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
  4. Toast the slider buns and spread balsamic glaze on the bottom bun.
  5. Add arugula, the beef patty, and crispy speck to each bun. Top with the remaining balsamic glaze. Serve warm.
