Ingredients
- ¼ cup That’s Italy Balsamic Glaze
- 1 lb ground beef
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 3 oz Speck, cooked and crispy
- Slider buns
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Arugula and sliced mozzarella cheese for topping
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Form into small slider patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 3–4 minutes per side until browned. Transfer to a baking sheet and top each patty with mozzarella. Bake for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Toast the slider buns and spread balsamic glaze on the bottom bun.
- Add arugula, the beef patty, and crispy speck to each bun. Top with the remaining balsamic glaze. Serve warm.
